For those unfamiliar with Clearly Cloud, this is our fully managed Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS) platform that combines voice, video, and messaging into one platform.
Clearly Cloud Now Allows Importing Users Without Having to Set User Passwords
When importing users from CSV into Clearly Cloud, we have simplified the CSV so that all you need to do is provide us an Extension, Username, and Email, and we will default everything else for you, including auto-setting random user logins and SIP Secrets. This allows for even faster importing and setup of new systems.
Last month, our engineering team was primarily dedicated to resolving a handful of bugs, as listed on our release notes link above, and setting the foundation for some significant features that are planned to be implemented this quarter on our UCaaS platform.
